The Holyrood House

The Holyrood House stands as one of our most meaningful projects to date—a two-year labor of love.

Built in 1885 by Ezra Weaver, this historic home was crafted from the distinctive post rock limestone that defines our region’s architectural heritage. After sitting abandoned for over two decades, the house came to us not just as a project, but as a responsibility. We understood from day one: we weren’t simply restoring a structure, we were preserving a piece of living history.

Our approach was comprehensive and reverent. We meticulously repaired every limestone joint, ensuring the integrity of Weaver’s original craftsmanship. We replaced the entire roof system and installed new gutters. Inside and out, top to bottom, we restored, renovated, and breathed new life into every corner while honoring the character that made this house special.
